Requirements Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman within residential housebuilding. Strong knowledge of internal and external finishing trades. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality. Ability to manage subcontractors and meet tight deadlines. SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. Valid CSCS Card.
