Minimum of 3 years' experience within carpentry, building maintenance, or facilities maintenance. Full UK driving licence. Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail. Experience working independently and within a team environment. Comfortable using PDA/mobile devices to manage work orders and job updates. A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service
