About the Role: We are currently recruiting a skilled Patcher / Finisher for an ongoing contract on a busy new build housing site in Newcastle. Working alongside the site management team and main sub-contractors, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cosmetic finishing, patching, and snagging work across timber frame and traditional brickwork residential plots prior to handover. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out high-standard concrete patching, render repair, and blockwork cosmetic finishing. Snagging, patching, and making good walls, lintels, sills, and external brickwork/render. Repairing damaged edges, steps, and concrete slabs across active plots. Working closely with the Assistant Site Manager to clear quality control snag lists efficiently.
