Attend and contribute to design team meetings, technical workshops and site meetings as required. Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations, relevant legislation and quality management procedures. Assist in the production and coordination of detailed drawing packages and technical information across a range of projects. Contribute to project delivery using Revit and BIM processes within an established BIM-accredited environment. Architectural Technologist Requirements Minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience within a relevant role Proven track record delivering technically complex projects through construction stages within the Residential, Industrial or Commercial sectors Excellent knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows advantageous, good knowledge of other 3D software would also be fine Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, current planning policies and associated legislation. Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams and alongside external design practices. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
