Requirements Previous experience in a Health & Safety Advisor, Health & Safety Coordinator, or similar role within the construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and industry best practices. Experience carrying out site inspections, audits, accident investigations, and compliance monitoring. Ability to prepare and review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and health and safety documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organisation. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate essential. Membership of IOSH (Working Towards, Technical, or Certified Member level) desirable. Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to sites as required. Experience working within residential, commercial, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects would be advantageous.
