The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to support the delivery of a 5m mixed-use redevelopment project incorporating leisure, hospitality and commercial facilities. You will oversee finishing trades, manage snagging and de-snagging activities, coordinate subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive the project through to successful handover. This role requires a hands-on individual with proven experience delivering high-quality refurbishment, fit-out or redevelopment projects to programme, quality and client expectations.
