Senior Project Manager Commercial Fit Out

A leading commercial fit out contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-value CAT A & CAT B projects ranging from £5 10m across the commercial sector.

This role offers full project ownership from pre-construction through to handover, working closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams on fast-paced, design-led schemes.

The Role

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial fit out projects valued £5 £10m

• Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners

• Manage programme, cost control, variations and risk

• Chair client, consultant and progress meetings

• Oversee design coordination, procurement and buildability

• Drive quality, health & safety and timely handover

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit out sector

• Track record delivering CAT A / CAT B projects in the £5 10m range

• Strong commercial and contractual awareness

• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and fast-track programmes

• SMSTS / CSCS required
