Senior Site Manager / Project Manager Commercial Fit Out Central London

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager for a £26 million commercial fit-out project based in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the project at the very start, so candidates must have strong experience with temporary works and be confident managing the early phases of a large-scale commercial fit-out.

Project Details:

• £26 million commercial fit-out project
• Central London location
• Project commencing immediately
• Start: Monday 10th August 2026
• Duration: 3 weeks
• Visiting Contracts Manager in place

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large commercial fit-out projects of a similar value
• Strong knowledge and experience of temporary works
• Valid CSCS Black Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Ability to manage site operations independently and maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and programme

The successful candidate will be a competent, proactive manager with a track record of delivering commercial fit-out projects and the confidence to take ownership of site operations from day one.
