Pre-Construction Manager Job Requirements Strong background within Civil Engineering, Infrastructure or Heavy Civils . Candidates from Senior Agent / Project Agent or technically focused Estimating backgrounds may also be considered where they can demonstrate the appropriate experience. Strong understanding of project programming with the ability to review and contribute to construction programmes. Experience coordinating design and technical information on complex projects. Experience working through PCSA and/or ECI stages would be highly advantageous. Ability to identify and resolve technical issues before projects reach site. Technically inquisitive with the ability to challenge proposed solutions and identify better ways of building and delivering projects .
