Rate: 280 per day

About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to oversee groundworks packages on a large residential development in Slough.

This is a long-term opportunity on a brand-new project, offering an 18-month contract and the chance to play a key role from project inception through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Managing all groundworks operations on site.

• Coordinating subcontractors, plant and labour resources.

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

• Monitoring programme delivery and site performance.

• Conducting toolbox talks and regular site inspections.

• Maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Requirements

• Previous Site Management experience within groundworks and residential construction.

• SMSTS.

• CSCS Card.

• First Aid at Work.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong understanding of residential infrastructure and groundworks packages.
