Review reinstatement methodology, identify interim reinstatements and escalate any dangerous reinstatement immediately. Confident with Microsoft Excel and accurate at data entry. Comfortable with a 07:00 start every working day, and reliable. Able to work at pace to a 10:00 deadline as part of a team. Good communication skills, including with local authorities and site teams. A full UK driving licence and own transport, as the site is not on a convenient public transport route. NRSWA, noticing, permitting or Street Manager experience would be advantageous, but is not required. What's on Offer Salary of 30,000 to 35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Full time and permanent, Monday to Friday, with a 07:00 start and some flexibility on finish time. Requirements: SMSTS Certificate and NVQ Level 6/7. Experience managing roofing and construction contracts. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and health and safety legislation.
