This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a background in social housing, retrofit and planned maintenance who is looking to join a business delivering high-quality improvement works to occupied properties and making a genuine impact within local communities. The successful candidate will support the delivery of multiple live sites, working closely with Site Managers, Contracts Managers, subcontractors and residents to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. The Role As an Assistant Site Manager / Retrofit Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of retrofit and planned works programmes across occupied social housing properties. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of site activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors, monitoring quality and ensuring all works are delivered in line with contractual, health and safety and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of retrofit and planned refurbishment works across multiple social housing sites. Assist with managing site teams, subcontractors and daily work activities. Monitor progress, quality and productivity to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Carry out regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Essential experience includes: Previous experience supervising or supporting planned works or retrofit programmes. Strong understanding of social housing refurbishment projects.
