Multi Trade Operatives

Location: Worcester & Stroud (and surrounding areas)
Pay: £19.00 £23.00 per hour (CIS) Depending on Experience
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card Provided

Fortus recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a well-established social housing contractor carrying out work across Worcester and Stroud.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for consistent, long-term work with a reputable contractor.

You will be working on void properties, carrying out refurbishment and repair works to prepare homes for new tenants. The role requires a strong all-round skillset and the ability to complete work to a high standard.

• Carpentry repairs and installations
• Basic plumbing works
• Wall and floor tiling
• Patch plastering and making good
• Internal painting and decorating
• General multi-trade maintenance as required

• Previous experience working as a Multi Trade Operative, ideally within social housing or property maintenance
• Strong carpentry skills with experience across other trades
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• £19.00 £23.00 per hour (CIS), depending on experience

• Full-time, ongoing work
• Monday to Friday schedule
