Site Manager - Stockbridge - Ongoing

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a short/medium term project in Stockbridge, starting ASAP.

Project Details:

• Duration: Ongoing
• Scope: fire remediation upgrades and repairs both internal and external on a medical centre.
• Environment: Live site, working at height and within confined spaces

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• ESSENTIAL to have VINCI Security Clearances
• Proven experience managing similar social housing projects (desirable)
• Strong health & safety awareness, particularly with roof and void works

Duties:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
• Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance
• Coordinating works in roof spaces and void areas
• Reporting progress to the project team
