An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Architect to join a medium-sized, award-winning architectural practice in Nottingham. The Role

You'll lead projects from concept through to completion RIBA 0-7.

You will manage project teams, coordinating consultants and ensuring successful delivery across all stages of the design process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects through all RIBA stages
  • Preparing and reviewing planning, technical and construction packages
  • Coordinating clients, consultants and contractors
  • Managing programme, quality and design delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and industry standards
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Attending client meetings, design reviews and site visits

About You

  • ARB registered Architect
  • Minimum 5 years' post-Part 3 experience
  • Proven UK commercial practice experience
  • Strong design, technical and presentation skills
  • Experience delivering projects from concept to construction
  • Proficient in Revit, ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
