The Role
- Lead the design and delivery of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
- Manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, programme and budget objectives are achieved
- Coordinate internal design teams, consultants and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading meetings and presenting design proposals
- Ensure project milestones are delivered efficiently and to a high technical standard
- Contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice through collaborative working
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven experience delivering leisure sector projects
- Strong proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD
- Confident managing client relationships and leading project meetings
- Demonstrable experience managing architectural projects independently
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and technically accomplished work
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality architecture within a collaborative studio environment
