Description Reporting into the Head of HR working in a team of 3 HR Business Partners Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees. Partnering with the Directors in your business areas - Sheffield, Leeds and Warrington Lead on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes. Advise on HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation. Analyse HR data to provide insights and support decision-making. Contribute to workforce planning and talent development initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive employee engagement and performance. Profile A successful Interim HR Business Partner should have: Experience in HR advisory or business partnering roles within the property sector or similar industries.
