Conduct regular worksite audits to ensure compliance with CDM regulations, permit controls, and company standards. Maintain accurate project, site, and resource records using company systems. Escalate significant project risks, issues, and developments to the Installations Manager. Ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and auditable. Required Experience & Qualifications: Qualifications Recognised engineering trade qualification. Full UK Driving Licence. Experience & Knowledge Minimum two years' experience in a site installation environment. Experience working with multiple contractors and customer stakeholders in industrial or engineering environments. Strong understanding of site Health, Safety & Environmental requirements. Ability to lead teams and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge and understanding of CDM Regulations (Desirable) Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager.
