The Role:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and lifecycle works, supporting the Maintenance Manager while supervising a team of Maintenance Operatives to ensure high service standards, compliance and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Allocate and prioritise reactive maintenance, PPM and lifecycle works
- Supervise, coach and develop Maintenance Operatives
- Support the Maintenance Manager and deputise in their absence
- Coordinate contractors and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
- Manage compliance, audits, RAMS, Legionella and CAFM records
- Drive KPIs, resident satisfaction and excellent customer service
About You:
- Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader experience
- Strong building maintenance and facilities knowledge
- Experience managing reactive and planned maintenance
- Knowledge of CAFM systems and statutory compliance
- Confident leading teams and coordinating contractors
- Organised, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
- Happy working shifts, weekends and participating in an on-call rota
