The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and controlling Scaffolding, Insulation and Painting (SIP) activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with operational priorities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all SIP activities across the site, ensuring work is planned and executed in line with business requirements. Liaise with site departments and stakeholders to identify work requirements and establish priorities. This is not a supervisory role in name only, you will be expected to make decisions and keep things moving on a technically demanding programme. What the job involves You will manage day-to-day site delivery across water infrastructure schemes in the Leatherhead area, coordinating subcontractors, reviewing work packages, issuing permits, managing RAMS, and maintaining programme and quality standards throughout. You will work closely with the Project Manager and provide reliable, consistent leadership to the site team below you. NEC contract administration at site level will be part of your responsibility - early warnings, compensation events, and site records all need to be managed properly, and you will be expected to drive that discipline on site.
