The role is ideal for an experienced plumber who enjoys being out on the road, wants variety in their day and is confident carrying out planned maintenance and compliance checks across commercial and residential properties. You'll mainly be working across commercial offices, care homes and residential/commercial properties , carrying out PPMs, water hygiene checks and general plumbing maintenance. What you'll be doing: PPMs make up around 60% of the role Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance Water treatment and water hygiene duties Tap temperature testing and recording Legionella-related checks and flushing where required General plumbing repairs and maintenance Fire alarm checks and basic maintenance where required Emergency lighting inspections and testing General building maintenance duties across multiple sites What's on offer: Up to 40,000 salary Monday to Friday only 8-hour shifts between 7am and 6pm No on-call rota Company van and fuel card Personal use of the van permitted Local patch covering Bristol and Bath only Maximum travel time of around 1 hour Plenty of overtime available for those who want it Who we're looking for: We're looking for an experienced Plumber with a strong background in commercial or facilities maintenance. You'll need to be comfortable working independently, managing your own workload and completing PPM and compliance tasks to a high standard. Experience with water treatment, tap temperatures, fire alarms and emergency lighting would be a big advantage, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
