About You The successful candidate will have significant experience working as an Electrical Construction Manager on large-scale MEP or construction projects. Ideally, you will have: Proven experience managing electrical construction packages on major projects. Previous experience working for a Tier 1 MEP contractor or major MEP subcontractor. Strong knowledge of electrical installation and construction processes. Experience managing electrical subcontractors and site-based teams. The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and technical documentation. Strong understanding of project programmes, sequencing and construction coordination. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A strong understanding of health & safety and quality requirements. Previous experience working on healthcare, hospitals or other technically complex projects would be highly advantageous. Relevant electrical qualifications and appropriate site certifications.
