Position: Project Manager

Location: Bexhill

Salary: up to 90,000 plus package D.O.E

Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of 60 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Leisure, Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Stadia.

They generally deliver projects ranging in value from 5million up to 20million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured.

The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Operational Team with introduction of experienced Project Managers and Site Managers. This has been instigated with a recent opportunity secured on the South Coast. Therefore, the focus at the moment is to secure a new Project Manager in the local area.

New Build Project

Location: Bexhill

Contract value: 15 million

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on New Build projects up to the value of 15 million
  Strong track record in Stadia/Leisure or Logistics & Distribution sector
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment

Salary & Package:

• up to 85,000 per annum D.O.E plus car allowance
