We're currently recruiting for an experienced Property Maintenance - Trafford Park to join our team on a temporary contract in Trafford Park.

• Location: Trafford Park
  
  
• Pay Rate: £16.16 per hour
  
  
• Contract Dates: 28th July - 28th August 2026
  
  
• Working Days: Tuesday to Friday
  
  
• Working Hours: 10:00am - 6:00pm
  
  

The RoleWe are looking for a reliable and skilled property maintenance to carry out a variety of maintenance tasks, including:

• Small plumbing repairs
  
  
• Painting and decorating
  
  
• Basic joinery
  
  
• General building maintenance
  
  
• Other multi-skilled repair works as required
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a multi-trade or maintenance role
  
  
• Competent in plumbing, painting, joinery, and general maintenance
  
  
• Ability to work independently and to a high standard
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
