Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation using the company's document management system.
  • Maintain drawing registers, document trackers and revision logs.

  • Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and project quality standards.
  • Support project teams with administration relating to document management.
  • Assist with project close-out documentation and handover packs.
  • Produce reports on document status and outstanding information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
  • Experience using document management systems such as Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) or similar.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads within a fast-paced project environment.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across project teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work on a flagship energy infrastructure project.
  • Long-term career prospects with a rapidly growing international contractor.
  • Exposure to high-value, technically complex construction projects.
  • Supportive team environment with genuine opportunities for progression.
