MIG Welder

Location: YO25 8RY
Pay: 15.50+ per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am-4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am-1:30pm

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business based near Brandesburton.

You will be responsible for MIG welding and fabricating components to a high standard within a busy workshop environment.

Duties will include:

• MIG welding mild steel components
• Fabricating and assembling metal products
• Working from engineering drawings
• Measuring, cutting and preparing materials
• Carrying out quality checks on completed work
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

• Previous MIG welding experience
• Ability to produce clean, consistent welds
• Experience working from engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and committed approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A weld test may form part of the recruitment process.
