South Holland District Council is seeking a pro-active and results driven Housing Repairs and Voids Manager to lead the delivery of our responsive repairs and voids teams, carrying out repairs and maintenance to 3800 homes.
Reporting to the Operations Manager for Repairs and Compliance this key leadership role is responsible managing our internal repairs and voids team that consists of dedicated operational and logistics staff, and ensuring our repairs are completed safely, efficiently and in tune with our core customer-focussed values.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent services for tenants whilst strengthening processes, improving performance and embedding best practice across all aspects of property services.
