Civils Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor to join one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects-

Essential Requirements

• Gold CSCS Supervisor Card
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
• Safety Critical Medical
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and site compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Supervising Civils operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
• Managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Conducting daily briefings, inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Liaising with site management to coordinate works and resolve site issues.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
