Electrical Site Manager (Construction Manager)

Location: Central London
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Travel, Bonus, Private Healthcare & Excellent Benefits

Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Site Manager (Construction Manager) to join a leading MEP contractor delivering high-profile commercial fit-out projects across Central London.

The company has secured a strong pipeline of projects and is looking to appoint multiple Electrical Site Managers to oversee the successful delivery of complex M&E installations from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of electrical works on commercial fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
  • Monitor quality standards and ensure all installations meet client specifications.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and the wider construction team.
  • Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Manage labour resources and materials effectively.
  • Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Resolve site issues efficiently to maintain programme deadlines.
  • Support commissioning and project handover activities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Construction Manager.
  • Strong background delivering commercial fit-out projects.
  • Stable employment history, ideally averaging 1 2 years or more with previous employers.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical installations within commercial environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of current health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
