Senior Project Manager

Conrad Consulting is recruiting for a leading construction consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing London office.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of commercial fit-out, hospitality, leisure, and retrofit projects for high-profile clients across London and the South East.

You'll take full responsibility for project delivery, leading schemes from inception through completion while managing client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

• Minimum two years' experience delivering projects independently.
• Strong JCT Contract Administration experience.
• Consultancy background preferred.
• MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership.
• Commercially minded with excellent leadership skills.

• Competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000
