Resident Liaison Officer

I am currently recruiting for an RLO with a well-known developer based in Brentwood.

This is a great opportunity for someone with Resident Liaison Officer experience who is looking for a less site-based, more office/admin-focused role.

Key details:

• Temp to perm
• Hybrid working 3 days office / 2 days WFH
• Office near Brentwood Station (parking available)
• Salary: standard RLO market rates

The role will focus on improving communication between office teams, site teams and residents across multiple live projects.

Candidates will need:

• Previous RLO experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good organisation and stakeholder management skills
