Carpenter / Multi-Trader Social Housing
Location: Brent
Salary: £22.00 + Van & Fuel Card
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5:00pm

We are recruiting for a well-established social housing contractor, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to local authority and housing association properties. The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join our responsive repairs team. The successful candidate will carry out a range of carpentry works and associated multi-trade tasks in occupied and void social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works including doors, skirting, kitchens, and flooring
- Deliver a range of secondary trades including basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and painting
- Complete all works to a high standard, ensuring tenant satisfaction
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance while representing the company
- Use PDA systems to receive and close jobs
- Comply with Health & Safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry and multi-trade works (preferably in social housing or domestic settings)
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry (or time-served)
- Competence in at least 2 additional trades (e.g., plumbing, tiling, plastering)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Excellent customer service skills
- DBS check or willingness to undergo one
