Role: Groundworker
Location: Barracks Road, Wigan, United Kingdom, WN2 5TE
Rate: 19.48 per hour
Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday
Duration: 3 months
Our client, a leading multidisciplinary main contractor specialising in construction and civil engineering projects across the UK, is currently seeking for Groundworkers to join them on a busy site based at Barracks Road, Wigan, United Kingdom, WN2 5TE .
As a Groundworker, your duties will include:
- Assisting with general groundworks as required
- Preparing sub-bases and laying materials accurately
- Installing block paving and kerb edging
- Excavations, drainage, ducting, reinstatement, and general site preparation
