Rates
- Up to £25 per service
- Up to £30 per repair
Skilled Careers are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to carry out servicing and repairs within social housing properties across the Coventry area.
We are seeking a reliable and qualified gas engineer with proven experience in servicing and repairing domestic gas heating systems and boilers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing and repairs on domestic gas appliances and boilers.
- Complete gas safety inspections and issue Gas Safety Certificates.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure heating systems operate safely and effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in social housing properties.
Essential Requirements
- Valid ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
- Current Gas Safe registration
- Own van, insured for business use
- Own flue gas analyser
- Public liability insurance
- Proven experience in servicing and repairing domestic gas heating systems and boilers
