Experienced Mini Digger Driver Required - Immediate Start - Broxbourne (EN10)
We are currently recruiting an experienced Mini Digger Driver for an immediate start on a construction project in Broxbourne (EN10). This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a well-established site with competitive rates.
Usual site working hours are Monday to Friday, with full-time hours available and the potential for long-term work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a mini digger safely and efficiently on site
- Carrying out excavation, trenching, grading, and other groundwork tasks as directed
- Assisting groundworkers and other site operatives where required
- Conducting daily machine checks and reporting any faults or defects
- Working closely with site management to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Excavator ticket
- Previous experience operating mini diggers on busy construction sites
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a site team
- Ability to provide two valid and check-able work references
