Commercial Heating Field Operations Supervisor

R9 Recruitment are hiring on behalf of a well-known property maintenance company for a Commercial Gas Supervisor.
The Role
You will oversee and support a team of heating engineers carrying out maintenance, servicing, repairs and installation work across commercial and residential properties. The role involves quality monitoring, technical support, compliance checks, performance management, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and supervise a team of engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and site support.
- Monitor performance, productivity, and quality of work.
- Carry out site inspections and compliance checks.
- Manage resources, materials, and stock levels.
- Ensure works are completed safely and within agreed timescales.
- Liaise with customers, clients, and internal teams.
- Identify training requirements and support engineer development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and certification.
Requirements
- ACS Gas Qualifications (Commercial & Domestic).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Gas Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong technical knowledge and boiler fault-finding skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
