Location: Reading

Salary: 45,000 - 50,000

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the successful delivery of bespoke residential projects throughout all RIBA work stages
Coordinate consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects progress efficiently
Prepare and develop high-quality design solutions, technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality objectives from inception to completion
Manage consultant collaboration and address technical or design-related challenges as projects evolve
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders
Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required
Encourage sustainable design approaches and contribute to environmentally conscious project outcomes

Skills & Experience

ARB-registered Architect with a strong track record of delivering projects within the UK
Proven experience working on luxury private residential developments across a range of RIBA stages
Excellent technical expertise with the ability to manage and coordinate complex residential projects
Confident liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
Experience with Vectorworks would be advantageous
Knowledge of sustainable design methodologies, with Passivhaus experience or accreditation viewed favourably
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance design aspirations, programme requirements, and budget considerations
