Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work on complex refurbishment scheme in Plymouth?
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates based on consultant reports & technical information
- Develop detailed project cost plans as designs progress
- Produce quantities from drawings and technical documentation
- Support the preparation of Contractor Proposals
- Procure consultants and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit applications for
- Produce accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts and financial updates
- Support project mitigation and commercial recovery strategies
- Attend client, consultant and project meetings
- Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team
About You:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Tier 1 or large regional contractor.
- Experience preparing cost reports, forecasts and valuations.
- Ability to interpret drawings and prepare accurate quantities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
