School Refurbishment Oldham Summer Holiday Project

Elitehire Solutions are currently recruiting 4 experienced Pipefitters and 2 Plumbers for a school refurbishment project in Oldham, commencing 20th July.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a planned summer shutdown project with a well-established mechanical contractor.

The Role

Working on a live school refurbishment during the summer holidays, duties will include:

• Replacement of existing LTHW (Low Temperature Hot Water) pipework.
• Domestic water pipework replacement.
• General commercial mechanical installation.
• Working as part of a team to complete the project within the summer shutdown programme.

Hours

• 45 hours per week.
• Approximately 6-8 weeks' duration.
• Start date: 20th July.

Requirements

• Valid JIB/CSCS Skill Card appropriate to your trade.
• Previous commercial mechanical installation experience.
• Experience working on LTHW and domestic water systems.
• Own tools and PPE.
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
