Job Description
I'm looking for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy residential development in Essex, just outside the M25.
Details:
- Monday 13th July to Friday 17th July 2026
- 300 per day CIS
- Large residential developer
- Development of over 100 units
- Busy site with roofs going on and up to 60 trades on site, including bricklayers, carpenters and scaffolders
Who we're looking for:
- Extensive experience as a No.1 Site Manager
- Proven background running large residential developments for a major housebuilder
- Comfortable managing a busy live site with multiple subcontractors
- Available to start on Monday 13th July
- CSCS, First aid and SMSTS required.
