Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join our pre-construction team.

Working closely with commercial and operational teams, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tender submissions across a range of construction projects.
You will play a key role in the bid process from initial enquiry through to final submission, helping secure future projects and supporting continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering options
- Produce take-offs and pricing schedules
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal delivery teams
- Assist with tender adjudication and final submissions
- Manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively
- Previous experience as an Estimator within construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Experience pricing commercial or industrial projects preferred
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
