Role Overview
We are urgently recruiting an experienced electrician for this role. The electrician will carry out kitchen refurbishment works on a social housing project in Birmingham.
This is a hands-on role focused on 1st and 2nd fix electrical works.

- Carry out 1st fix electrical installation works
- Complete 2nd fix electrical works
- Testing and certification of all installations
- Work safely in occupied properties
- Valid JIB Gold Card (CSCS) - essential
- Proven experience as an electrician on social housing projects
- Strong 1st & 2nd fix skills
- Own tools, van and PPE
- £25 per hour CIS
- 12-week contract with immediate start
