Night Property Security Warden

3 x 37 hour positions available

+ 1 Part Time 22.25 hour position available

£13.45 per hour

We are one of NI's leading providers of high-quality housing and supported housing services and we try to make a real difference to the lives of the people living in our homes.

A bit about the role

This is a frontline role providing a visible presence across our schemes, supporting the safety, wellbeing, and confidence of our customers. You will act as a key liaison between residents and the Association, ensuring that issues are identified early, responded to appropriately, and escalated when required. This role will be on a rota basis covering a number of schemes in the Belfast area.

A bit about you

You will have at least one years' experience working in a security/caretaker role and one years relevant experiences working with customers. You will be required to cover multiple schemes during the night which means a drivers license and use of your own vehicle is required for the role.
