- Possess a valid CSCS card.
- Full 5 Point PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Prior experience in a Skilled Labourer role on construction sites.

- Good communication skills and awareness of health and safety regulations.
- Physical fitness and agility to carry out manual tasks effectively.
