Job Description

Bid Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the bid submission process from initial opportunity assessment through to final submission. This includes developing clear, concise, and compelling proposals that effectively communicate operational, technical, and commercial solutions while ensuring compliance with client requirements and submission criteria.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining bid programmes
  • Coordinating submission timelines, and ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
  • The postholder will also facilitate bid launch meetings
  • Coordinate document formatting
  • Collate feedback from bid reviews and develop supporting materials for future submissions.

Key Skills:

  • Must have Bid management/writing experience
  • Must have a construction background but more so within Social Housing
