BCS require a Site Manager for a landscape construction contractor on a prestigious contract in the Uxbridge area.
Main duties:
- Consulting with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Managing the procurement of materials and equipment
- Inspecting the work of landscape labourers and other staff to ensure quality and adherence to plans
- Monitoring the project timeline and budget, making adjustments as necessary
- Addressing any issues or problems that arise during the project
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Maintaining records of project activities, including costs, schedules, and progress reports
- Providing post-project support, such as landscape maintenance and troubleshooting
Must haves:
- Previous Landscaping experience
- CSCS Black card
- SMSTS
- First aid
- Previous Site Manager experience
You will be directly employed CIS self employed by Barrett Contract Services Ltd with no umbrella companies involved.
