Senior Quantity Surveyor

A national, multi-disciplinary PQS consultancy is seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Winchester team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will enjoy the freedom of running their own projects from start to finish of their own volition, whilst enjoying a direct line of communication with the Partners.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on a variety of projects in sectors that include education, healthcare and residential.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited)
• Chartered or in the process of getting chartered.
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• EA/PM experience would be a plus
• Able to manage and deliver projects independently
• Car and driver's license
