Job Description

A historic Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit Birmingham office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside the West and East Midland Quantity Surveying teams, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the unique opportunity to grow and develop the Quantity Surveying offering throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will help the senior management team with business development activities, maintaining existing relationships, and be involved in the recruitment process as you grow a team. There will also be an emphasis on project delivery for residential and education projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • A successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
  • Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
  • Must have PQS / Consultancy experience in the UK
  • Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited
  • MRICS or working towards chartership
  • Experience as in Projects Management or as an Employers Agent
  • Car and driver's license
