I'm working with a highly regarded national housebuilder who is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join their team in the Cambridgeshire area.

The role:
You'll be supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a traditional build housing development, helping to drive quality, health & safety, programme and subcontractor coordination on site.

What they're looking for:
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within housebuilding
Traditional build housing experience preferred
Strong eye for quality and detail
Good communication skills with trades, subcontractors and internal teams
A proactive attitude and desire to progress within the industry
