An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Facade Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Colchester. The role involves leading fa ade engineering projects across all RIBA stages, working on a range of building sectors while collaborating with architects and multidisciplinary design teams. This position suits an experienced fa ade engineer seeking technical ownership, hybrid working and long-term career development.

• Deliver fa ade engineering across all RIBA work stages
• Develop compliant fa ade solutions with design teams
• Complete performance analysis and technical reviews
• Attend client meetings and design workshops
• Support procurement and construction stage services
• Assist with proposals and business development
• Use modelling software to assess fa ade performance
• Maintain knowledge of UK regulations and standards

• Proven fa ade engineering project delivery
• Strong knowledge of UK fa ade regulations
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Professional membership or chartership progression
• Knowledge of EWS1 and cladding compliance beneficial
• Commercial awareness supporting bids is desirable

• 50,000 - 70,000 DOE
